A Winton teatime discussion hosted by David Bent, Director of Sustainable Business at the Forum for the Future, whose aim is to solve sustainability challenges.

Abstract: The world is not on track to a sustainable future. Business-as-usual will not take us there. We need to change the way we organise ourselves in society – the interplay of economics, law, politics and more that set the operating context for individuals and organisations, and the dominant beliefs that underpin it all.

What does the Paris Agreement tell us about the new forms that are emerging to address climate change? How do we surf the digital revolution to get the best, and avoid the worst, of its consequences? How can we stimulate and harness innovation that takes us to a sustainable future? Can a worldview based on complexity help us to nurture the political economy we need?

All welcome to attend and light refreshments will be available.
