I will show a selection of results from A Project Of Simulating The Local Environment (APOSTLE), a recent suite of zoom-in simulations of cosmological regions chosen to match constraints on the mass and kinematics of the Local Group of galaxies. I will focus on our attempts to address the so-called small-scale problems of cosmology: missing satellites, too-big-to-fail, the plane of satellites, cusp-core and the closely related, newly proposed ‘missing dark matter’ problem.
