Abstract
Observations of protoplanetary disks have provided signatures of accretion, ejection, and large-scale organisation. I will address these three points in the light of recent numerical simulations. In particular, I will review the outcome of the Magneto-Rotational Instability in the context of non-ideal magnetohydrodynamics, and the possibility of producing organised structures out of turbulence.
