Abstract
Graphene is an appealing material for photonics and optoelectronics because it offers several advantages compared with other materials. I will present several fast room temperature detectors based on different shapes of plasmonic antennas contacting with graphene. Enhanced responsivity can be achieved by using arrays of antennas, and two different work function metals as their arms.
