Abstract
The Art of Speaking
They say communication is the key; yet with our ever improving communication technologies, are our interactions improving in quality or just in quantity? Exploring the Art of Speaking from a fresh perspective, this workshop aims to explore how a deeper understanding of ourselves can help us bring the art and beauty back into our interactions.
Facilitated by Sarah FitzGerald
Sarah, born in Cambridge worked for 8 years as a design consultant in London. She became interested in spirituality in 2009 when she took up language teaching in South East Asia. She came across the Brahma Kumaris while in Cambodia and since then has returned to Cambridge to continue her career in teaching and to continue to deepen her understanding of Raja Yoga.
