Abstract
I will be presenting a study on the paradoxical association between time-to-diagnosis and tumour stage based on data from more than 10 000 colorectal cancer patients. The talk will focus on my struggle to reach (and communicate) a fundamental understanding of these observational data โ and point to the need for general relativity theory in cancer epidemiology.
