Publishing in Top-Tier Journals in Management Research

In the first part of this talk, I will share some observations on how to publish in top-tier journals in management research. In the second part, I will focus on the journal Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes (OBHDP) as a case in point. I will describe the criteria used in OBHDP in evaluating manuscripts, and the editorial process involved in making decisions about accepting/rejecting manuscripts. I will be happy to answer any questions and discuss with the audience during both parts of the talk.
