SME Growth Challenge taster session – How to Execute Your Growth Strategy

How are you going to effectively manage the growth of your business? This is the key question for many CEOs and senior managers of small to medium-sized enterprises. It can be more challenging than expected to engage your leadership team and ensure the effective implementation of your growth strategy.

Please join us for a special event on Tuesday 9 May when Professor Stelios Kavadias, Director of the Entrepreneurship Centre, will discuss the opportunities and challenges of managing effective plans for growth in your company. He will also talk about how our programme, the SME Growth Challenge, can facilitate this process and equip the management team with the necessary knowledge and tools to implement an effective growth strategy.
