Abstract
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) is the fifth-leading cause of death due to cancer in the western world. This has been attributed to a lack of effective therapies and the inability to detect PDA in its earliest stages. We have developed several murine models of early and advanced pancreatic cancer, and use such models to explore the basic biology and clinical applications.
