Abstract
In a first time, I will present some results obtained previously on the quantification of unique continuation for partially analytic operators. I will then explain how it can be applied in the case of hypoelliptic operators to estimate the localization of their eigenvalues and their evolution associated (wave, heat), and give applications to control. This is joint work with Matthieu Léautaud.
