Abstract
The LHCb experiment at CERN βs Large Hadron Collider has delivered a suite of high-precision measurements that test the Standard Model of Particle Physics. In this talk I will discuss a selection of these results, focusing on how the experiment has studied the physics of electroweak bosons in order to test the QCD and electroweak sectors of the Standard Model. I will also discuss the broader context and implications of this work, including (for example) the Tevatron-LHC W boson mass combination. I will also look to the future, and consider what we exciting results we can expect in the coming years.
