Abstract
For finite dimensional Weyl-Heisenberg groups, square dimensions are special. Every element of the normalizer (the Clifford group) can be written as a monomial matrix. This simplifies expressions for Symmetric Informationally Complete (SIC) POV Ms, has other applications to SICs and to Mutually Unbiased Bases, and may be useful for problems in, say, measurement based quantum computing.
